Thanks for your help, we were struggling.When our elderly neighbour needed to move into care, we were struggling to know how to help her. She has no family support here and we had been her backup for quite some time. It was suggested that we contact Estate of Grace for help.They were brilliant; we were able to convey the wishes of our neighbour and they acted on them as best they could under the circumstances and offered alternative options which we were able to negotiate with her. They had very good advice on how to deal with different situations – she wanted some of her family heirlooms to be returned to relatives overseas – they made this process so easy and handled it promptly and efficiently. Anything that needed to be valued was referred to the appropriate person for this purpose.They also had the ability to prepare the property for sale and including tidying the section.We would recommend them.
